For example, according to the HIA, there is a housing shortage of more than 300,000 units across Australia, and the government is urgently promoting the renovation of old buildings and new construction programs. However, the cost of local building materials has risen by 23% year-on-year, and construction inefficiency has led to a 37 % delay in projects. China's cost-effective, modular building materials and fast delivery capability have become key options to solve the country's housing crisis.

Against this backdrop, 72% large-scale building materials companies have identified Australia as a key overseas market for the next three years. Prima as a one-stop building materials manufacturer, will not miss this opportunity. So this year alone, our development of the Australian market is not limited to online, but also through face-to-face communication with customers in Australia to open up the market and get customers. In March-April this year, we visited Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, and held a building materials exhibition in Sydney from 4th to 8th May. After the exhibition, we immediately visited local customers in Brisbane from 9th to 15th.

During our previous visits to Australian customers, we have gained a deeper understanding of the localization challenges and have started to build up sales channels, localized supply, installation and after sales services. We are planning to set off on another trip to Australia to visit our customers in Sydney and Brisbane on 15 July.

Hope that during my visit to Australia next month, I can gain a deeper understanding of the Australian market. I will start to establish a localized operation team from the unique links such as installation, construction and after-sales service, to achieve a leap from simply selling products to providing overall solutions, and cooperate with the local area to form a more complete service!
